My surfboard 6141 is provisioned correctly and all the signals are great. I attached an image of the signals.
I should have 100 down and 10 up, but have been experiencing about 10 down and three up connected by ethernet to the modem for two days now. By wifi it is the same. I have power cycled several times.
I also attached my log which you will see a few power cycles on.
I have PenTeleData and contacted their customer support, and obviously they are saying that everything looks good on their end. They show no area problems and the load in my neighborhood is low. They put me on an audit watch on their end and will review it tomorrow. When I talk to them tomorrow I'd like to have a little bit more information from all of you smart folk.
Question is, since the signal is great why am I experiencing a slow speed? Anyone have any ideas?
