In past month, Zito has been updating hardware here near us. Helene delayed, and repairs continue to delay this.
During this time after servicing and resetting modems, multiple people here have had to reset their routers to connect to a perfectly locked modem. Pictures I have prove gateway to ISP has not changed. yet multiple people with multiple routers and we all have different Arris modems are having to reset routers in order to connect to modems. This happens approx 50% of the time. We have been told we are all connected to same node. Zito is CGNAT for years, though before a month or so ago we never had this issue before.
Seeing its multiple people multiple routers and multiple ARRIS modems, that points to ISP doing: “Something”..
Posting this so any Arris in the know folks see this, they can inform Arris.
Nothing unusual seen in logs in my modem TM3402A hardware version 8
